First Meeting

In this first conversation, we’ll discuss your needs, such as order quantity, pricing, packaging, labeling, and design preferences and give you a clear picture of the process ahead.

Samples

Order samples via our website with 40% discount. After payment, they are delivered on the day of our introduction meeting.

Custom design samples cost €97.50 (excl. VAT), with 1–2 weeks production time plus 2 weeks delivery.

Production

After sample approval, a 75% down payment is required.

Production and delivery times depend on the order type:

Custom socks (sample): 2–4 weeks

Custom socks (production): 3–6 weeks

Custom packaging: 2–3 weeks

Non-custom socks: 1–2 weeks

Delivery

The remaining 25% is paid upon delivery

Free delivery within 30 minutes of us.

€25 for addresses within 1 hour.

€50 for addresses within 2 hours.
